PROCESS

How to file your claim

01

Find the proceeding

Identify the proceeding for the firm that owes you from the published directory, and open its portal.

02

Create your account

Register with a national ID for Saudi nationals, or a residency ID with an active Absher account.

03

File the claim

Enter the claim details and amount, and upload the documents that substantiate it.

04

Review and classification

The trustee reviews the claim and its documents, and may ask you to supply anything missing.

05

Follow it from your account

Track your claim status and the proceeding’s progress without having to chase anyone.

CHECKLIST

Have this ready before you start

Preparing your documents before opening the portal shortens filing time and reduces the chance of the claim coming back for missing items.

01 A valid national ID, or a residency ID with an active Absher account
02 An email address and mobile number for contact and notifications
03 The claim amount and the date it arose
04 Documents substantiating the claim: contracts, invoices, statements, judgments
05 Evidence of any security or mortgage, if applicable
06 A formal authorisation if you are filing on behalf of a person or a firm
